History

Formed in 1982 as Perconti & Associates, Perconti Data Systems is one of the most long-standing providers of Community Development Management Software Systems in the United States. Under the same management and direction for over 25 years, we have built and maintained stable and enduring relationships with dozens of agencies. Some of our customers have been using various versions of our software for over 15 years -- which is almost unheard of in the software industry.

Philosophy

Our commitment to market a customer-driven product results in constant innovation and a reputation for establishing the standard in community development management software. Our experienced staff offers excellent customer service and direct developer access to quickly resolve support issues in a speedy and effective way. Our users' conference is held annually in June in the Tampa Bay area of west central Florida and has attendees from customers all across the southeastern United States.
